We are Kauppinen from Ivalo! In addition to my mother, the mother of the family, my family includes my husband Sami and our three wonderful school -age children. We are entrepreneurs in art, nature, tourism and development.

The family likes long and slow breakfasts, board games and all kinds of fun sports. Ice hockey equipment is always lying here and the ring trap and air yoga fabric were the first things to find a suitable place in the new home during the last move.

Home, cabin and start of renovation

With the new home, the renovation was decided. We have no training in construction or similar areas, so we are renovating home with amateurment. Too technical and licensed to hire professionals.

I mainly take care of design and purchases, while Sami likes doing more. Of course, I do things on site. Painting is my favorite tree because it is an easy and quick way to refresh the look of the space or change the atmosphere completely. The colors make me excited and it is nice to spend time in color design.

Kauppinen from Ivalo - Henna paints Uula with paint

Photo: In the picture, the baseline of the hallway

Children are involved in the job when they are interested in scoring paints and climbing in the trees. It is nice to design the nicknames together. In the near future, at least obstacles to stick horses will be implemented. The wooden house and the shed dedicated to the moped screwing are also on the list of joint projects.

We have moved fourteen times in the last sixteen years, so we particularly appreciate the fact that in the fall of 2024, after years of searching, we found our own place in our beloved home town in Inari. The complex includes a wooden residential building built in the 1960s, extended in a log cabin built in the 1990s and 80s. Both buildings will demand a lot of renovation in the next few years.

Uula tone painted

A couple of weeks before moving to the house, we started the renovation with a couple of "easy profits". We painted the walls of a few rooms, and in these areas the plastic varnishes on the floor plan were also picked up and were sanded off. After that, the Uula oil birch was sprinkled on the floor of the hallway, which otherwise withstands the moisture very nicely, even if it would enter any kind of splashes. The other floor is still in the natural state of the decision on what to put on the surface.

Uula paint - fits every home

Paint selection

Over the years, the walls of several rental homes and once also wooden floors have been painted. What's more comfortable when you can finally swing with the roller and brush after a careful color choice and groundwork, and the places become new than magic.

However, one thing earlier and time again was kneaded, namely the disadvantages of plastic paints and how ugly their surface is aging. Then, in the fall, when we are wondering what paints the new home will be painted, Uula goals were a matter of course for the following reasons:

  • The paints are plastic -free
  • Interior, panel and furniture paints are completely emission-free
  • The company is domestic
  • The factory cherishes the craft traditions found in the preparation of paint making
  • The color charts have beautiful tone worlds
  • Ordering is easy and the website has a handy paint calculator that speeds up the process, especially when there is a lot of paint to paint

Even before the house dealers had been locked up, we took the risk and ordered goals from Uula for a new home. Fortunately, the shops were realized and the goals soon came into use.

It turned out that Uula's emission -free interior paints are really comfortable to paint because they do not smell. In the painted room you can stay and sleep safely immediately, so you don't have to plan a couple of days of evacuation from the room to be painted. Facilitates especially in a family with children!

In addition, the painted surface looks and feels beautiful, quite different from the paints containing plastic.

It is important to us that the paints are made by saving nature in Finland, by hand. In Uula, the honest Finnishness is also reflected in the fact that customer service is of high quality and the answer to the questions will be expertly and friendly without delay. Each time, paint orders have been delivered exceptionally quickly, even here to the wigs of Lapland, all the way to the backyard.

Future paintings

The surfaces to be painted do not stop right away and it is nice to be able to share more experiences with Uula products. Future paintings The cottage has the downstairs walls and ceiling, the interior stairs, the upstairs floor and the wooden furniture in the kitchen.

The house will be painted inside and outside this summer, the first project is the painting of a little ethnic.

Wishing the warm early summer,
