Responsibility is an important part of our company's activities, from raw materials used in the manufacture of our products to user safety and recycling. We take care of product safety, the health and environmental impact of our products, the implementation of legislation related to the sector, the well-being of our company employees and the continuity of Finnish work. We are active the Color Industry Association and the Finnish Work Association .


Work in Finland

We have been producing paints and surface treatment agents for over forty years. All of our paints are made and still handmade in Finland. Our company currently employs 13 people. In addition, our activities have an employment impact on other Finnish partnerships, our subcontractors and service providers. As a responsible company, we are developing our own operations to maintain jobs and create new jobs. At the same time, we strengthen our country's economic and social well -being.


Responsibility and domesticity of activities and procurement

In Finland (and in the EU), paint production is regulated by strict chemical legislation. Different settings regulate the safety of paints and the substances they contain. We report the hazard features related to paint and products in product labels and in the product safety data sheet.

We ensure that subcontracting related to our production and operations is responsible. We pay attention to eco-friendliness in all product and service purchases and always procure from Finnish product and service providers, if possible.

We comply with valid environmental legislation. We strive to reduce our environmental impact in the principle of continuous improvement in the key areas of our own operations. Our company has been awarded the Eco-Compass environmental system certification for environmental management and development in accordance with the Eco-Compass environmental system.

We support the well -being, knowledge and equality of employees

We take care of the well -being of our employees by providing our employees with occupational health care, sliding working time, joint recreational days and increasing workplace comfort. We regularly monitor job satisfaction, invest in occupational safety, and act in accordance with the principle of equality. We react immediately to the deviations. Maintaining the skills of our staff is part of our business. We organize training and safety training and ensure that our employees have up -to -date and safe tools. We provide opportunities for on -the -job learning, education and work development.
