E-commerce order and delivery terms

It is important to us that you are happy with the products you buy. Always check the products and that shipping corresponds to your order. Delivery time for products is estimated to be 3-5 business days. We strive to process orders as soon as possible and transfer them to the delivery as soon as possible. The products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying the contents of the shopping cart on the selected payment method. Product Delivery

Once you have placed your order, it will be processed. When the product is found in our warehouse, the delivery time is estimated at 3-5 business days. If the product is temporarily run out or the product has an abnormal delivery date, the product will be delivered as a follow -up.

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must notify the error no later than 14 days in writing or by telephone. If the product is damaged in transportation, it is very important to mention this to the transport company as soon as you receive the product.

More than € 500 shopping is delivered free of charge at home.

Occasionally, our online store offers free deliveries with a campaign code, which can be found on our homepage or on the News page.

Deliveries to Åland:

Orders for Åland are not randomly subject to free deliveries offered by our online store.

We deliver orders to Åland without VAT. The subscriber in Åland is responsible for payment of VAT.

Order withdrawal and return policy

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of your order arrive. In order to exercise the right of cancellation, the customer must notify the cancellation decision by telephone, letter or email. In order to comply with the deadline for the withdrawal, it is sufficient that the notification of the use of the right of withdrawal shall be made before the end of the withdrawal period. This is how you return the product

Follow the following instructions as you return products:

The customer is always responsible for testing the product for their own use. We are not responsible for errors that are caused by the product that is not suitable for the customer's purpose. The right to refuse an order

If any product you order is not available, we reserve the right to cancel the trade. Please note that the e -commerce shopping cart will not reserve products in stock until the order is paid.

Disagreements

We are responsible for any errors in the products in accordance with Finnish law. In the event of a disagreement, you may bring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board. Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, we recommend that you contact consumer advice. The Consumer Disputes Board may omit the matter unless the consumer was first contacted with consumer advice.

Clear price errors

The Uula e -commerce reserves the right to cancel the order for clear price errors. A clear price error refers to the possible pricing error of the product in the online store in that the price of the product differs significantly and clearly from the correct price of the product. Overwhelming obstacle

Uula's e -commerce store is not responsible for the delays and damage caused by an obstacle outside its influence, which it has not reasonably been anticipated or cannot be avoided. The overwhelming obstacle is considered, for example. industrial action, staff illness, import and export bans, and disruption in transportation. If the overwhelming obstacle continues for more than three months, both Uula's online store and the customer will have the right to cancel orders without any damages or delay.

The Uula e-commerce store may change the terms of ordering and delivery, for example due to changes in law.
