Uula graphite paint painting instructions for painting unpainted or previously painted tin roofs and gutters. The graphite paint is graphite gray and half mat in its gloss.
Uula graphite paint painting instructions
Mix the paint thoroughly before painting and, if necessary, during painting. We recommend painting with a brush or paintbrush. Do not paint in the rain, direct sunlight or sun -heated surface. The best painting weather is cloudy. The surface to be painted must be clean and dry. The relative humidity of the air is less than 80% and the temperature at least +5 degrees. The graphite paint always needs an anti -rust primer. Do not paint the metal surface without anti -rust paint as graphite increases the risk of rust. Despite the long drying time, Uula graphite paint lasts rainfall immediately after painting.
Surfaces
Handling new surfaces : Let the new galvanized sheet metal oxidized at least 2 years before painting. Primer with anti -rust primer according to the manufacturer's instructions. Make a thinning thinning 20-30% with thin oil paint . Allow to dry before the topcoat for about 5 days. Make the topcoat with unpaid Uula graphite paint.
Handling old paint surfaces: Remove loose and scaly paint or rust with a steel brush or scraper. Wash the surface with Uula paint and allow to dry properly before processing. The surface to be painted must be dry. Primer cleaned and/or bare sheet metal points with rust primer according to the manufacturer's instructions. Make a thinning space thinly 20-30% with Uula graphite paint thinned by Uula Oil. Allow to dry before the topcoat for about 5 days. Make the topcoat with unpaid Uula graphite paint.

Drying time: Touch dry after about 1 day, depending on the conditions. Covenant can be repainted after about 5 days.
Cleaning of tools: The tools are cleaned with Uula General Spirit or Lacquer Bensine and finally with soap and water.
Storage & Prevention of Environmental Harp: Storage in a dry and cool place. The product is not freezing. Keep out of reach of children. Empty, dry packaging can be delivered for recycling.
Liquid waste must be delivered to the hazardous waste collection point. Recycling info .
Note: Dispose of oily traders, rags, etc. by burning or watering with water before throwing in the trash due to the risk of linseed oil self -emerging.
