Uula Wood Oil Treatment Instructions for exterior wood surfaces. Wood oil is suitable for new and old untreated wooden surfaces, as well as for old wooden surfaces, such as logs and plates, terraces, docks, window frames and railings, wooden garden furniture and wooden boats. The product is also suitable for old pressure -impregnated wooden surfaces. Uula wood oil can also be used to brush and immersion wood surfaces and to make dim oil paint surfaces.
Uula Wood Oil Handling Instructions
The color of Uula Puu oil must take into account the color of the surface to be treated. In the audible treatments, the roughness, wood species and previous color have a significant effect on the final color. The product reaches the final color when the surface is completely dried. We recommend on the surface corresponding to a loose color scheme before starting work.
Always mix wood oil thoroughly before and during treatment. For a uniform surface, mix a sufficient batch in the same container to avoid any shade differences. Also treat the cross -sectional surfaces of the timber carefully. Do not treat in the rain or direct sunlight and do not treat the sun -heated surface.
Processing conditions
The surface to be treated must be dry, (wood moisture less than 15 %, relative humidity less than 80 %) and temperature at least +10 ° C. The thinly brushed surface is contact dry after about 5-8 hours and can be re-treated after 24 hours. The surface treated by absorbing or immersion dries much longer (at least 3 days). The dense or new planet surface significantly slows the absorption and drying of the product.

Pre -treatment & processing instructions
Clean the surface of the dust. Wash the dirty surface with Uula paint cleaning , moldy surface with Uula mold cleaning . Remove the loose and poorly attached old wooden protection with a steel brush and scraper. Treat the cleaned surface with Uula Home Protection. The new planed surface must be roughened before surface treatment or allowed to be ranked for 1-2 years, when we recommend washing the surface with Uula mold washing, as instructed. Because Uula wood oil is a translucent treatment agent, no primer is used underneath.
Surface treatment: Brush the wood oil twice. Allow the previous treatment to dry before the second treatment. We recommend service treatment for previously treated surfaces in the original or slightly darker shade. If non -absorbed oil remains on the surface, wipe the surface with a lint -free cloth before the final drying.
Working in timber: Brush Uula Wood oil 1-4 times every hour. It is recommended that 1-2 additional processes are recommended at the earliest 24 hours a day to handle demanding and weather.
Immersion Treatment: Immerse the timber cut into Uula Puu Oil. Allow to absorb from a few minutes to a few hours according to the purpose. Drain the excess oil and smooth out any drainage with a brush. Leave to dry on the grill or ribs.
