Glass Master Story 683 is a high quality putty in a glass master class made of pure linseed oil and finest chalk quality. Used in glazing, repair of stitches and smoothing primed wood both indoors and outdoors. Can also be used to fill and level the holes in the nails. Glass Master Story 683 binds tightly and protects glass and wood.
Instructions for use according to the manufacturer's instructions
Preparation: The surfaces must be clean and dry before applying the product. Porous surfaces such as untreated wood must be basic before use.
Operating temperature: can be used at temperatures between +5 ° C and +40 ° C. The lowest temperature of the day must not be below 5 ° C during hardening.
Installation: Glass Master Story 683 is applied with a knife. In the case of indoor stroke, good ventilation must be taken (place the windows from the floor and separate). This ensures that a thick film is formed as quickly as possible, which reduces the formation of wrinkles on the putty surface when the window is placed out. In connection with the exterior, the putty must be protected from heavy rain until the thick film is formed. If possible, it is always necessary to do stitches in dry weather, but never in direct sunlight. Take care of good ventilation.
Drying time: The hit will form a membrane after about a week and is completely hardened after a year.
Painting: Linseed oil must be painted. With pure linseed oil, the kit can be painted - with caution - immediately after the stitching. Alkyd oil, plastic alkyd or acrylic plastic paint can be painted at the earliest 2-4 weeks after the stitching. Paint 1-2 mm over the glass.
Cleaning: Fresh putty is removed with paper, turpentine or odorless solvent gasoline.
